Creamy horseradish sauce - perfect with your grilled or roasted meat. Slather some on a grilled bun for your next burger. Sooo good as a topping on a fresh-from-the-oven baked potato.
Add the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire & vinegar to a medium-size bowl.
Stir with a whisk or spatula until well combined. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Garnish with chives just before serving.
To store: Transfer to a lidded glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
