Absolutely not! Horseradish sauce does contain prepared horseradish but it’s typically combined with some sort of creamy base such as sour cream, mayonnaise or heavy cream.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (adjust to your taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
